Surgery Conferences for Exhibitors
10 conferences · Updated monthly
Surgical conferences cover everything from the ACS Clinical Congress (10,000 attendees, general surgery) to SAGES (MIS/laparoscopy), DDW (GI, 14,000 attendees), and ASMBS (bariatric). If you sell surgical instruments, energy devices, or OR equipment, ACS is the broadest show. If you sell endoscopy equipment, DDW is where your buyers are. MIS-focused companies should prioritize SAGES, which has a hands-on culture (cadaver labs, simulation) that larger shows lack. Booth costs range from $3,500 at SLS to $43.50/sqft at ACS, and the attendee-to-exhibitor ratio varies dramatically -- DDW has 35:1 (good) while NASS has 10:1 (competitive).
