Surgery Conferences for Exhibitors
10 conferences · Updated monthly
Surgical conferences cover everything from the ACS Clinical Congress (10,000 attendees, general surgery) to SAGES (MIS/laparoscopy), DDW (GI, 14,000 attendees), and ASMBS (bariatric). If you sell surgical instruments, energy devices, or OR equipment, ACS is the broadest show. If you sell endoscopy equipment, DDW is where your buyers are. MIS-focused companies should prioritize SAGES, which has a hands-on culture (cadaver labs, simulation) that larger shows lack. DDW has 35:1 (good) while NASS has 10:1 (competitive).

Where these booth cost figures come from
Every figure on this page is an estimate read from the organizer's own published exhibitor prospectus, linked below. They are estimates, not quotes, so confirm current pricing with the organizer before committing a budget. The other 4conferences on this page publish no booth pricing we can link to, so they show "Cost not published" rather than an estimate.
