Dental conferences are among the most commercially productive in healthcare because dentists are both the clinician and the purchasing decision-maker. There is no procurement department between your booth and the sale. The CDS Midwinter Meeting (21,000+ attendees, Chicago) and Hinman (25,000+, Atlanta) are the two largest. ADA SmileCon has been the national flagship but is ending after 2025, creating a gap that Yankee Dental and regional shows may fill. For implant companies specifically, AAID (4,000 attendees, implant-focused) delivers higher buyer concentration than the general shows.
