Our Take
Why Exhibit
The largest wound care clinical meeting in the US. If you sell wound dressings, negative pressure therapy, skin substitutes, compression systems, or hyperbaric oxygen, this IS your show. Co-location with Wound Healing Society means you get both the clinical and research audiences. Entry-level booth costs make it accessible for smaller companies.
Why Skip
Extremely niche -- if wound care is not your primary market, attendance is too small to justify travel costs. Exhibit hall hours are very limited (2.5 hours on Thursday evening, 2.5 hours Friday, 2.5 hours Saturday). That's only ~7.5 hours of total floor time.
Insider Tips
The Thursday evening opening reception (5:30-7:30 PM) in the exhibit hall is the highest-traffic period -- everyone is there and in social mode. Have your A-team staffing the booth Thursday. The limited exhibit hours actually work in your favor: concentrated foot traffic means every hour is dense. HMP Global runs both Spring and Fall SAWC -- consider exhibiting at both for full-year coverage.
